"Clean room friendly staff "

"Poor service. Restaurants were empty but still didn’t allow us in.breakfast Buffet don’t have basic fruits like banana, apple, mango. Once food is finished in buffet bowls, no one is filling it up. Rice once finished , no one refilled the containers. Breads during the breakfast were finished. Ice cream shop guy said cones are finished even though I saw a huge huge box of waffle cones under the shelf. Couldn’t get premium liquor like macallan or blue label and not even glenfiddich at the restaurants even though we were ready to pay for it. JW Black label tasted very weird. Reserved a cabana for whole day but someone else took it without even paying for it and management couldn’t do anything about it. So so so many flaws. Will never go there again. Bad experience "

"The pool was wonderful, the drinks were nice, the staff were amazing. There were many scheduled activities throughout the day that we could participate in. The rooms were great and everything was very clean. There was lots of variety in all the types of restaurants and cuisines, but the only thing I would improve is the quality of the food as none of it was outstanding but tasted fine. "

"Excellent facilities, swimming pool and friendly staff"

"Hotel was very good! We had a great view of the beach and easy access to all pools and facilities. Our room was very ample and with all that you may need, but it needed maintenance, shower door didn´t close and seemed as it was to fall off its hinges, and the bathroom walls needed some maintenance as well. Buffet was ok. There is a surf wave pool which was awesome! Our son had a blast."

"Great location and weather, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we had an issue with the shower not draining, and it wasn’t fixed even after calling. The food quality wasn’t as good as expected for the price. Also, be careful—things on-site are quite expensive. Overall, a decent experience if you plan ahead."
