Very nice hotel that is located perfectly if you’re working on the base. My room was very small but very nice… AC worked great and good shower… No complaints. Love the added plus of getting the drink coupons but I never used it… The bar was very crowded in the evening time so it must be nice. Always the most recommended hotel in Yokosuka next to the BASE.
Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast.
Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access.
Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Staff did clean everyday which was nice and there was free to use laundry. Power went out in the hotel for over 18 hours which ruined a lot of the food I had saved in the refrigerator. The building is old and the WiFi is horrible.
Small, but efficient room with a nice view. Staff was very nice and even helped make reservations for me. Very close to the train station and centrally located for everything that I needed. This hotel was recommended to me and I would recommend it to future travelers in the area.
The property was clean, witha very helpful and professional staff. The hotel is in the middle of the night life district, so not quite. It is very close to tons of food and night time activities.
The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, the equipment and amenities were fine. The one issue I have is the breakfast, which was below average, both in terms of choice and taste.
Above and beyond. The staff was so sweet and the breakfast staff went above and beyond with my gluten allergies. Day one with language barrier and using google translation I was able to let the staff know I don't want any food with any type of sauce just to be safe. The next morning they made me special breakfast separate from the service bar. I don't eat much in Japan but having a full breakfast in the morning really helped as would fill up with fruits and vegetables through out the day. We didn't get to use the bar but did get coupons for the week and noticed they were busy and guest having fun. We got the full kitchen and room was very clean. This was our
First trip to Japan and we did have a scared advent. 5.9 earthquake. We didnt know what to do or even though about a plan before hand. But at 2am the alarm in the room woke us up and we had 10-26 seconds to prepare. It was in English and we did find the folder later after as we couldn't sleep with information if an emergency happened but it said if anything escalated a staff member would come in and direct guest because of language barriers. This made us feel more safe than being at home in California as there is no preparation for hotel guest.
This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed in the hotel proper for a few days. This stay was for seven nights and they placed me in a detached building that is an apartment building. It was pretty awesome having a kitchenette and a washer dryer in my hotel room. The location is safe, there are restaurants available nearby, there is shopping available nearby. The hotel room was excellent. And the commuter train stations are nearby.
The area was pretty loud. Karaoke all night long and lot of street sounds. The room key is an actual Key that had an attached wand to place in a slot where the lights and AC were controlled. It was really hot when we went and this key system made it so that if you left, you had to stop ac, which meant you came back to a room with no AC and it took forever to cool it off again. Also only one key so if you had multiple people in your room, only one key is inconvenient. The room was spacious for Japanese standard. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Really good hotel catering to Westerners. Just beware that the street below is very busy and loud, especially on the weekends. It's a big "party" street.
