Phenomenal bargain for a 5 star “penthouse” room with a gorgeous view. The staff were very helpful and polite. There’s a mall connected with a subway station below. Lots to do in walking distance but can go around Yokohama in very inexpensive and easy public transportation.

We were taking a cruise around Japan and Yokohama was where the cruise terminal was. Wish we had stayed here the night before and also the night after or even two. It is such a beautiful port and so clean. I had worried that it would be an industrial port but it isn’t and the hotel attached to the Queen Mall. We would have liked to stay several nights and made Yokohama Bay Hotel our base. Taxis are so easy to get to travel around Tokyo from here. We love love loved this hotel. So elegant and convenient.

This hotel was one of the best I have been to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience! Super convenient since it is connected to the train system and mall. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.
