This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Area much quieter than the crazy of the Bund but nearby metro was so easy & efficient. Our upgraded corner suite was on 36 th floor was huge with amazing views. Really nice bathroom & amenities. Great breakfast and club room on 35th floor was well worth it. Ample quality food,service,and views. The pool & large hot spa were perfect after a long day touring. The only criticism was the few parents in the spa teaching their children to swim with...

We thought a city view would be more interesting but recommend booking a park view room (there's a fountain light show on at about 8PMm that's pretty impressive) .
