"The reception manager (she wore a dark jacket and I wish I had written down her name) was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We had a very early departing flight and she made sure that we had a taxi and a morning snack with warm beverages to take for the ride to the airport. She made an effort to connect with us in a warm and congenial way that was above and beyond!"

"Very big property with lots of rooms. Stayed in the family room with two beds; there was also a dining table sitting area next to it. Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking included. Convenient location, easy to walk to subway entrance."

"The property is old and not extremely well maintained. But the rooms are clean and spacious. Its biggest advantage is location! You can’t beat that. It’s extremely convenient. There’s a laundry room on the 6/F but only one washer and one dryer and the hours are 9am-10pm. It’d be great if there’s more machines."
