Shower tiny and difficult to get into. Only used hot water as it was at best, luke warm. Buffet breakfast was nice except for the egg selection, only had scrambled which were drowning in liquid"

"The hotel is superb. The concierge was wonderful and very helpful. He was charming and charasmatic. The young waitress from Zimbabwe was equally as lovely. Sadly the only person who let the team down was the rather rude senior barman (Asian man with his hair tied back). He was more concerned about keeping his unbuttoned jacket from getting dirty. His manners were certainly lacking in short rude and obnoxious. The surrounding area of the hotel was lovely, nice to walk around and do some sightseeing. "
