I didn’t appreciate the fact the suite was on second floor and I needed to pass through parking. The apartment was very dark and depressing. The lights were very deemed and not bright in the bathroom. Although the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, I didn’t like the apartment because it was outdated and the floor was not clean. Overall I didn’t happy with my stay. The was definitely so different that picture when I booked it. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean - friendly staff and smooth check in. View from the room is excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped, with a large fridge and a freezer. Downside is that it is noisy in the night with lot of traffic on the highway, and train running all night. Also, the daily room service was just a change of towels - they did not clean up the room. Luggage storage could also be better - they just ask you to leave your luggage in their store room, without recording them in their system. Overall, everything went smoothly for us.

Second time here & was keen to return. Apartment & everything about it was as good as prior visit except noise from street was much louder - not sure if different position or last time the room had thicker glazing but we all (family of 4) noted it. Would still give it another go but if same would choose elsewhere purely for that reason. Otherwise perfect.

Good location in CBD, easy access to South bank and train. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, good pool and amenities. The studio room are off the side of car park outside main building which is strange but they are a comfortable and tidy room
