"The good: this is essentially a one-bedroom apartment being leased out as a hotel. No perks, no gold member add-ons, no bottle of wine etc. But lots of room, and a comfy bed, and great aircon. The bad: no perks, no frills, and the water pressure is beyond woeful. Shower pressure is barely a trickle of water. "Apartment was perfect for what I required, clean, spacious air conditioned along with fans which was fantastic. Really handy location. No issues checking in/out, wifi was a bit slow but I was only watching tv in evening. Would recommend Fleet Lane apartments, 5 min walk to Cultural Centre bus stops, Metro Woolworths and a 8 min walk to Queen St Mall."

"It is in a good location and has pool, gym etc. But very poor cleanliness, no dishwasher and terribly dirty n incomplete dinnerware, cookware, prepware. Didnt even give me the tv remote until end of the 2nd week!! Grossly overpriced for what you get inside the apartment. When you speak to reception about any issues, they never apologise. "
