"Good car park would be easy to get to shops apart from massive roadworks out the front. Nice view of the beach with buildings only partially blocking view. Spacious and clean. Staff lovely. Definitely not cheap. Booked here for ease of walking to James Street but sadly the roadworks made it a chore. "
