The kids will love meeting their favourite cartoon characters in the Looney Tunes Fun Zone, or trying out the Road Runner rollercoaster featuring real Acme dynamite! The whole family can meet up in Main Street at the end of the day to watch the All Stars Parade, featuring a cavalcade of brightly costumed movie characters.Action men can satisfy their craving for speed at the Hollywood Stunt Driver shows, where you can watch daredevil car chases being rehearsed. For the extra price of a VIP Pit Pass, you can sit with your nose in the action in the front row and even ride with the drivers as they show off their favourite party tricks, plus you’ll also get a video souvenir of your adventures to show the folks back home.Horror fans will get their fix at Friday Night at Halloween, featuring horror movies, scary mazes and other shows geared towards adults with a taste for the frankly terrifying. Every December the focus is on the kids, with ice-skating, 4-D movies and special White Christmas parades, while in February Chinese New Year is the perfect excuse for a special programme of events culminating in a spectacular dragon parade.Movie World is situated on the Pacific Motorway at Oxenford and is open every day except Christmas day and 25 April. During peak holiday times it can be very crowded, so try to avoid these times if you want to beat the queues. A VIP Pass also covers admission to Sea World and Wet’n’Wild, so if you plan to visit all three parks it’s a convenient alternative to purchasing separate entry tickets.
