"Everything was as expected "

"As expected Hilton Gardens. Clean, refreshed/ modern room. Staff, valet and bartender((Max) all super friendly and engaging. Typical Hilton breakfast but not included (recent change) in stay. À la carte Prices for lowgade breakfast unreasonable. Go to Rhett’s for a quality breakfast. "

"Hotel Indigo was such a great place to stay. The location was one of the best parts, its steps away from City Market, right across the street from River Street, and close to everything you could need. There was so much to do nearby, which made exploring really easy. The bar was awesome and had great drinks, the rooms were clean, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was that the included fees actually came with something worthwhile. Instead of feeling like a junk fee, they included tokens for free drinks at the bar every day, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again"

"We booked this hotel based on advertised amenities—restaurant, cocktail lounge, and downtown shuttle—but the reality fell far short. The “cocktail lounge” opens at 4 p.m., but only if the bartender shows up on time, which was inconsistent. There is no actual restaurant; instead, they offer delivery for an extra fee. Breakfast is overpriced and no better than a standard free hotel breakfast, though the attendants were excellent. The shuttle service is extremely limited, running only from 2–10 p.m. if the driver is available, and only to a few locations within about a mile. The driver also serves as maintenance, so shuttle service clearly isn’t a priority. Customer service was disappointing. Most requests were met with “we don’t do that” or “there’s nothing we can do,” with little effort to assist or offer solutions. Attempts to contact the hotel prior to arrival went unanswered, and requests made during booking were not in their system. Staff blamed a possible system outage with no follow-up. While the property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable, the lack of accurate information and poor service make it hard to recommend."
