"Lovely building. Rooms clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling - lots of choice and well cooked. Only negative would be that soundproofing isn’t the best in the rooms."

"Bed & pillows were lovely & comfy & we had an excellent nights sleep. Shower would benefit from a deep clean around shower gel holder as it was a little mouldy all around it. Tea/coffee tray was very dusty but the room may not have been occupied for a few days hence a build up of dust as the window was slightly open. Apart from me being picky about those two things it was very cheap & therefore I didn’t expect the Ritz at that price. All the staff who dealt with us were very helpful & friendly & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"I was soaking wet when I arrived and the staff couldn't be more helpful in getting me booked in quick. The room was excellent with everything I required and the breakfast had plenty of options. All in all very pleasant. Would use again if around the area. "

"Pleasant little pub with plain, small but comfortable rooms, in a lovely seaside village. BUT: big disadvantage: breafast is not served until 8.30am, far too late for energetic holidaymakers and busy people staying in the area. When I complained of this in a review the management said that they could have made me a sandwich the night before, but this rather inferior service was not offered at the time."

"Loved staying at Masons Arms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant on sure for both dinner and breakfast the following morning. Can go for walks from the pub.will visit again!"
