"We were attending a wedding at Old Oak Farm, around 6 miles away. Taxis are rare and quite expensive, so I phoned asking if we could check in after it had finished at around 11.30pm which he was absolutely fine about. The taxi driver ended up taking us to the wrong Rose and Crown - 30 mins away from this one (be warned there are 5 or 6 Rose and Crown's in the area!). I rang and the guy stayed up especially for us - we ended up arriving at 12.30 and the guy was lovely about it. The next morning...
