Lovely welcome and the room was sufficient for our needs. The decor is dated, with stained woodworm. We had a double and single bed but my daughter choose to sleep with me as she noted the bedding was dirty on the single.

A very tired hotel.
At best, this hotel is ‘tired’, maintenance is poor. Very tatty towel rail in bathroom light outside shows it’s turned on, sign inside states it gets very hot. It didn’t work. The wire to it is grotty and sticking out. The mattress was old/poor quality..felt like being on a boat when turning over. Limited mattress support. Cobweb with spider (dead I think) under the desk. Bedding was clean. Housekeeping did nearly as best they can with an old, tatty, grimy room. Look at inside of bathroom door. Shower/taps sounded like jumbo jet before water got hot.
