"Great room, was large with comfortable bed, quiet and with lovely views. Room also had real coffee, a fridge and AC. The only disappointment that I found strange was that the hotel bar and restaurant didn’t overlook the sea. To have a hotel turn its back on its main asset (the beachside location) was annoying. Surely would benefit from turning the ballroom into a bar or restaurant!! Staff all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine, good value but nothing special"

"this hotel is in a great location, right on the seafront a couple of min walk from the pier and only a 5min walk from the town centre. the rooms are large, and well equipped with a table and chairs, dressing table, large double bed and wardrobe with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room also. the downside is that the hotel could really do with having some investment, while everything worked in the room it is dated and somethings in need of repair/upgrading. the shower curtain for example only covered 3/4 of the shower so the floor got wet when used. the shower holder was difficult to adjust and missing a cover. while these art major problems they are little things that drop it from a 4star to a 3star stay in my opinion. All that said for the price I would definitely stay here again."

"Good value. Had a pleasant ground floor room overlooking greenery and you can open windows and French doors to get a pleasing evening breeze. Property is a little dated but we were fine with that. Access to plugs is an issue for charger, kettle and iron , cant use light plugs as different so have to pull out tv on stand to access and crawl in. They should have an extension plug pack to make it easier."
