Spread across two levels, the layout offers plenty of space for two families holidaying together.

There are two stylish living areas, perfect for gathering or unwinding after a day at the beach.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach-house is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating and tasteful decor, creating a cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

Downstairs features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a cozy living area—perfect for teens or grandparents to relax and hang out. Upstairs, you'll discover another two bedrooms and an additional bathroom, along with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area that seamlessly connects to the decks, ideal for soaking in the sunshine.

Whether you’re cooking a meal in the modern kitchen, lounging on the deck, or enjoying a barbecue in the backyard, this beach house is the perfect base for creating unforgettable holiday memories in Whangamata.

Please note, there is no space to park in the garage.

No pets, no smoking.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
