Lovely rooms. Beds are kinda hard. Thin walls Will be lovely in summer Great bathroom and kitchen.

On arrival A/C was on and room smelt bad. Turned off the A/C and it was a bit better. Very poor condition especially in the bathroom. Tile’s missing around sink, dark mold on lower edge of window in bathroom. Flooring has dirt and stained areas. Yes this is the off season fall but the pictures on Expedia showed quite nice rooms. The design is awesome but would have liked a newer room. Only one night stay so managed but for the price should have had a newer remodeled room.

The property is great though under construction. New Zealand overall at this part is not pedestrians friendly and walking across the major roads all require one yielding to cars. Thus, we basically need to drive to a 5 min walk supermarket to get groceries. There's very limited dining options near this property.

It is a good property for small family visits. It's currently undergoing external upgrades so it should be even better when they are done. It's got everything you need in the rooms and just a walk from the shops and restaurants.
