The house gives you the perfect blend of feeling at home while on vacation. It's stunningly located in a quiet area, allowing for relaxation and peaceful reading amidst the gentle breeze from the beautiful green trees. Quiet,beautiful,most accommodating hosts,appreciated all the thoughtful extras such as toothbrushes which we had forgotten..it was certainly a home away from home and will certainly return.

Our stay was as advertised. Lots of amenities. It is rural so you need to drive to any shopping.however the property is quite peaceful with all kinds of fruit and nut trees. Sleeping is upstairs while washroom/shower is downstairs which was a small inconvenience but not a major issue. Wayne was available whenever we had a question. Overall we quite enjoyed our week here.

Everything was perfect!

Wow: Talk about attention to detail. This accom had everything. Breakfast and snacks. Water bottles, toothpaste, brushes , Panadol, tissues, decent sized milk, little torches by the bed, fans - you name it everything we went “Oh we just need” …… we found had already been thought of . The place was clean, quiet and spacious and the hosts were contactable but left us alone. It is close to everything and yet just far enough away you don’t feel like you are in the hustle and bustle. We will defiantly be back .

Above and beyond service

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were surprised at the extra above and beyond services provided by the hosts. From the breakfast and snack basket in the kitchen and bedroom torches to help guide us down the stairs during the night, to the self-care package provided in the bathroom! The hosts have thought of everything you could need and more when you plan a getaway. Communication with the hosts was promptly responded to and accomodating to our earlier check-in. Another bonus was the location, we were away from the noise from the city, but close enough to be able to uber cheaply into town for an event, and in the morning heading back to the bay of plenty was a breeze as we didn't have to go through town. The place was easy to find, parking was more than sufficient, the place was warm with the heat pump already on for us, was super clean and the best part was we didn't have to plan what to have for breakfast because everything you could need was already there. The beds are also very comfortable, clean, and warm. We absolutely enjoyed our lovely stay here and recommend everyone visiting Hamilton to book here. Thank you to the hosts for providing a comfortable and easy night away.

We had to leave earlier than expected on the day we left so did not get the chance to tell the owners at this property just how wonderful it was to stay there. The whole place was amazing spcious,warm welcoming and taste ful as well as immaculately clean. The bountiful food and bathroom supplies toothpaste, shampooh shwer gel etc. blew us away so well supplied was this property. Cant possibly say enough about it. I think this must be the best place we ever stayed and we would love to do so again - this time for longer. Absolutely recommend to anyone. Oh and the beds were superbly comfortable and the night peaceful . The only thing I could say I personally disliked were the stairs but only because I have a bad knee so going up was a little challenging but my son and his fiancee - no problem. They would have liked a spa pool to be availabe but that would have been seriously gilding the lily. WONDERFUL PLACE -JUST WONDERFUL! Thank you so much our lovely hosts.

Lovely large accomodation with stunning grounds in perfect 10 minute location

Lovely new apartment, huge space, with lovely gardens. Highly recommend. The owners had left a stunning generous care package to get started when we arrived and this is a reflection of how important it was to them that our stay went well. We stayed 9 nights and could easily have done another 9!
