"Room did not match description advertised on Hotels app. The office staff were very demeaning to customers ahead of us. When describing our issue with the room, staff became extremely combative and unwilling to work toward a solution. Fortunately, Hotels.com agent was able to grant refund. I would recommend avoiding this motel at all cost. If this motel is your only option, book in person and request to see your room before you pay—they will try to swindle you."

"The hotel was clean and beautiful. Loved the beach view. The restaurant had great food and the staff was friendly."

"The room was adequate but would not stay there again. It’s impossible to reach the property by phone as its an automated system. We had to check out a day early and there was nobody working the front desk in the morning. Hotels .com could never reach anyone by phone to have our last night taken off like the motel said they would."

"Bathroom was a total mess falling apart is what i looked like will not return sorry and the front desk was just a mess to check in location was fine that’s about it hard beds and didn’t feel the cleanest either"
