Dear LesI am very sorry you were disappointed with your stay. It is difficult to comment without knowing exactly what the problem was. If any guest has an issue whilst here I am more than happy, and in fact would prefer, to try to rectify it at the time if it is brought to my attention. I must say I am at a loss to know what it might have been as the unit you stayed in was refurbished only about a year ago with a completely new bathroom. It is clean, well equipped and in a pleasant setting with its own garden courtyard. It normally only generates very positive feed-back, in fact an excellent review was left for the same room only days earlier. We always strive to present our accommodation to a high standard and always interact with guests in a professional manner. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We and our staff pride ourselves on our high standard of cleanliness and presentation. The net $10 per night difference in price between a spa unit and a standard unit covers extras in the room such as mineral bath salts, bath robes, wine flutes as well as the extra hot water required for the large spa bath.

I am sorry to hear you were disturbed by noise. We had a tiler working on a bathroom. He only worked on weekdays, no weekends, and it had been arranged that he would not start before 8.30am. Unfortunately improvements can create some disruption. We do our best to keep that to a minimum. The result is outstanding. If you would like to visit again we will allocate you to that room at no extra cost so that you can enjoy the final product!
