"Stunning view. Solid property. Clean. Could use a place to put toiletries the bathroom sink area is small. It seemed odd to keep the bed in a back room, we dragged it out to the main room with the view for the duration of our stay and that was a game changer. Note the fire door when finding 2B, it’s weird to find but not impossible. "

"This charming house is deceptively roomy, has comfortable seating and beds and literally has everything you could possible need. I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!"

"Super great location and very walkable. Quiet at night. Lots of stairs though so be aware. Not a lot of available dishes and kitchen tools but close to dining options. The linens could be refreshed. Some of the towels are pretty old. The code for the door was also 10 digits which was a challenge. Overall great place "
