"This is our third time staying for one night at this property, and it works very well for our needs. The hosts are thoughtful and generous in the layout and amenities, and are always helpful in communicating. There was a minor slip-up this time, in getting us the entry code in a timely manner, but the host simply goofed, and took full responsibility, which is much better than the denial and guest-blaming we've encountered elsewhere. Again, this little property is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood...
