Two main flaws were older tarnished toilet seats and expectation to empty all garbage not being part of housekeeping service for the price would have expected these to be addressed. Otherwise very nice property for 8 family to be able to stay and have meals together during a crowded graduation week in Eugene. Very serene beautiful setting."
