Where to stay in Western Oregon
Downtown Portland
Known for its stunning river views and popular shops, there's plenty to explore in Downtown Portland. Check out top attractions like Portlandia and Portland City Hall, and jump on the metro at City Hall-SW 5th and Jefferson Street Station or SW 6th-Madison Street Station to see more of the city.
Edgewater Shores
While Edgewater Shores isn't home to many top sights, Holly Beach and Big Stump Beach are some notable places to visit nearby.
Northeast Portland
While you're in Northeast Portland, take in top sights like Colwood National Golf Course or The Grotto, and hop on the metro to see more of the city at Parkrose-Sumner Transit Center or NE 82nd Avenue Station.
Pearl District
You might take some time to check out the abundant dining options in Pearl District. Spend some time visiting top spots like Broadway Bridge, and catch the metro at NW 10th & Johnson Stop or NW 11th & Johnson Stop to see more of the area.
Southeast Portland

The Paramount Hotel
In-room HVAC unit was very noisy. No in-room coffee or hot water dispenser. Otherwise, a nice room at a fair price. Can't comment on f&b as we did not try either of the hotels two options.

Little Creek Cove Beachfront Resort
It was a great deal with an incredible view. The place was nicely decorated and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Rockaway Beach Resort
Great place to stay. Very clean room! Had a great view of the ocean. Kids loved the pool. Would highly recommend!

Quiet little hotel on the edge of downtown. Staff and location were amazing!
