  • Come to the McKenzie River and stay at our relaxing, fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms: including 2 master bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen sized beds. This home sits on the river just steps away from the water and is centrally located near many outdoor attractions. Just to name a few: it is 30 mins to Tamolitch Falls (Blue Pool), 10 mins to Blue River Reservoir, 15 mins to Cougar Hot Springs, and 18 mins to Cougar Reservoir. The McKenzie River is a hotspot for fishing and rafting that our home sits right on the edge of. Adventure by day and sleep to the comfort of the river sounds by night.

This was an outstanding house with plenty of space! It was exceptionally clean and the view was stunning. We got out hiking in the mornings and enjoyed the hot tub in the afternoons and evenings. Although it's close to the highway, we could not hear the traffic noise on the back patio and only the rushing of the river. There were even two bald eagles that we saw multiple times soaring up and down the river! This was a perfect peaceful getaway.

Cool location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Saw a bald eagle, hummingbirds, and multiple geese and ducks. Wish we had had more time to book a rafting trip on the river, but it was fun waving to those that did from the back porch. Only thing to keep in mind is that there are immediate neighbors not pictured in the listing. This kind of threw us as their property seems to share space with this property.

Amazing getaway!

My girlfriends and I spent 3 days at this home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we could possibly need, and the ambience of the river was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Wow is all I can say about this home!We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this peaceful and beautiful location! Walking up to snowfall each morning, with the warmth of the fireplace Listening to the river flowing each night as you fall asleep. Perfection!!!We cannot wait to return!!!!

Amazing views great home

Enjoyed our stay w friends while touring Oregon ! We spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the river views but the house is well stocked and set up nicely for friends and or family gatherings. The owner was very responsive with reco’s and questions . Loved our stay - highly recommend !!!

Fantastic cabin on the river.

Had a fantastic fishing weekend with my sons. This cabin was spotlessly clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The hot tub was a great way to end our days on the water. Wonderful views of the river off the back deck and decent fishing on the property.

Definitely plan to return

We had a wonderful time! The home was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The property was beautifully, easy to find, and tucked away from the highway. We enjoyed the hot tub, fishing, the quick drive to Rainbow for food and supplies, and watching the river (and lots of birds) from the deck. What can’t wait to visit again!
