"The Hayward had everything we needed. The rooms had fantastic air conditioning. The breakfast choices were varied and great. The staff was always helpful. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we come back. "

"The staff at the hotel may have been the friendliest hotel staff I have ever been around. They would greet me when I was coming in or leaving, open doors for me, and seemed to remember me. "

"Beds were a bit bouncy for my liking but literally everything else was great! Walking distance to plenty of dining and entertainment, the front office staff was friendly and quick, beautiful view from our ocean view room. "

"The staff were very helpful and courteous. They have a 24 hour airport shuttle, which was why I chose this hotel along with price. They have a microeave, refrigerator and coffee maker on the room and a little food area that you can purchase items for your room (microwavable meals)and there is a restaurant on the property. I was a little disappointed in my Ceasar Salad in the restaurant. For $18 (w/chicken) a lot of the lettuce was not very fresh (starting to brown). But service was great. I booked the shuttle to the airport so hopefully that will be smooth and quick. I would definitely book this property again. "
