From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive, polite, and accommodating. The hot tub was located conveniently in the middle of the buildings and easy access for all guest. "Clean updated rooms, excellent customer service. Airlines canceled our flight and they were able to let us keep our room and gave us a discount on the additional night. Walking distance to other resorts/casinos. Walmart 5 minute drive , McDonald’s three minute drive, close to the airport easy access in and out of the resort parking lot, free parking. all in all good stay. Lake Tahoe 1 Hour drive, highly recommend. "
