It is really nice to have breakfast available. They had bagels, cold and hot cereals, Juices and coffee/tea plus the basic sides. It's not the Ritz but the rooms are comfortable and the price is right. We stay there most times we stay in Reno.

It was a one night stay as we were traveling through Nevada. They were friendly and fast at check in. They recommended a pizza place that delivered and it was excellent! The rooms were very clean and maintained. The mattress was a little lumpy but okay. They did offer a continental breakfast but we didn’t try it. Would stay again.

The bed was a metal frame with a mattress on it. The braces stuck out and between myself and my husband we probably smashed a toe on them at least 10 times in two days. The A/C did not cool off the room adequately. The shower head had two settings: really strong and brutal. But they were very accommodating when I went to the front desk to get a couple extra pillows. The front desk staff was very nice.

We always enjoy staying here, especially because of the friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the complimentary continental breakfast is a nice bonus. Great location too, we look forward to coming back!

Room was dirty when we arrived with food? or something on the floors and cracks in the floor gave me a splinter in my foot. Some of the outlets in the room were no working. We were put on the third floor but the elevator was out of service. Breakfast was also falsely advertised and was more like grab and go snack items not a continental breakfast as I would understand it. Staff was very nice hence my reason for 3 stars rather than 2 or 1.
