"The staff was welcoming and kind, offering water while we waited for our room and eventually upgrading us to a suite when ours wasn’t ready in time. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a smell in the room as if someone had smoked in there prior even though it was a non smoking room but it didn’t bother us. The bed was comfy and I love the window view. "

"I celebrated my birthday during my stay at Level Chicago. It was amazing! My room was great! It looked just like the pictures. The amenities being 24 hours was the perfect touch. I am a night owl and I was able to get out of my room and go into the lounge areas and/or jacuzzi when needed during my stay! Level owes me nothing!! Best hotel stay I’ve had in Chicago. "
