"I was there for the new years celebrations downtown. The hotel was very clean and organized. The security was also very attentive. They were checking people at the door and making sure that only registered guest came in which made me feel at ease, and at night the noice control was super quiet. For that festive occasion it was very controlled. "

"This hotel was a hidden gem in an older building with lots of charm. And one of the best deals I’ve ever gotten. We were upgraded to a King room. It was a large room with a large bathroom and we had a view of Water Tower Place. Unlike most hotels in the city this had all the conveniences and comforts. Great sheets and comfy bed. large nightstands with outlets at both sides of the bed. Large closet. Plenty of room for suitcases. Large counter in bathroom. Tub. Free breakfast. Nice decor and very clean. And a perfect location one block west of Hancock bldg in a great safe area. Loved it!"
