"Great neighborhood; safe lots of restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff is efficient and quick and polite. The Room are large and the patios are absolutely wonderful being able to go on a balcony is very special in Chicago. Most hotels do not have a balcony."

"It was clean and we enjoyed the museum showing how it was a renovated hospital. E were disappointed that the bar closed at 10 since there are no other open bars between the United center and the hotel. The staff was professional but not warm or inviting. The breakfast was ok… but ending service at 9a was inconvenient."

"Great hotel and location. Comfy bed , sheets, and pillows. Perfect cafe, bar, and roof pool area. Lovely accomodating staff. Big bathroom. Reasonable room rate. Only complaints: no drawers, high shelves, abd low water pressure in shower and sink "

"Booked a non smoking room, room obviously smelled of smoke. In the 2-3 hours we were there, people were yelling, fighting, and you can hear EVERYTHING, including every car that drives by on the road. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Hotel refused to work with us on a refund when the room they provided was not matching what we booked."
