Oxford Suites Portland - Jantzen Beach

"Overall a great stay. Most of the staff was ready with a smile and helpful with any questions. The rooms are comfy and kept in good shape. Housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. I would say, for ALL staff, paying more attention to common shared areas (like hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby/dining etc) would make a big difference through out the day/eve! Using the 'if you see something pick it up' mentality goes a long way. Being there for a week, that's the main thing that stood out. An occasional staff member in poor spirits would be a bit short in response to inquiry etc., BUT that's something any scheduled 'Continuous Learning' sessions for ALL the staff would realign them to companies motto "A home away from home". Otherwise, the staff really do seem to aim toward pleasing the guests and keeping the place in good order."

"The experience while at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel is quite unique with fantastic curation of whimsical furnishings and decor. Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff was exceptional."

"We only went to sleep for a few hours to get our flight, so we did not use any amenities. Location excellent ad my only complaint is the bed is hard."

"Overall a good stay. One thing I was a little disappointed in was we requested extra blankets from the front desk only to be told that they didn’t really have anything and that I would need to come down to the lobby to get them myself because there was no one working that could help."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Airport

"Check in was quick and there were plenty of staff on hand. We enjoyed our clean and updated room. The atrium was well maintained. What gave me pause was the parking situation: a third party app/QRC that you had to pay for parking. It was frustrating to deal with a new app and pay the $20 fee when it could be better handled at the front desk. As a matter of online security, it is tedious to give someone else our credit card number and all other vehicle data for a stay there."

"So, room was great. Disappointed in the restaurant offerings. Supposedly, a breakfast buffet was available on the website. Well, not actually true. Depending on volume of people. Plus, they say 3 distinct restaurants. Well the BBQ and Spoke and Fork are the same sopace. They do have the Market, but to go stuff."
