"Our check in process was great, staff was amazing and friendly, and we loved walking into the complimentary happy hour. Fun pinball amenity. Great location downtown. Clean and nice room, however the bathroom was microscopic. It was hard to use the sink, we know it's urban setting but the bathroom was the size of a small closet. The morning staff seemed irritable and made the process of filling up our water bottles complicated and she seems annoyed by us. It was fine for a quick night before flying out but I could not see staying mutiple nights with a family here."

"The rooms need some upgrades. I'm glad that the old hotel carpeting was taken out and replaced with a laminate flooring. The sink faucets were very difficult to turn on and off. I needed to use both hands and it took all my strength. A magnifying mirror at the sinks would have been nice. The sheer drapes were gone and not replaced, so it was either the blackout shades or an open window that people could look into. The free breakfast was just that, a free breakfast. The other guests were loud, knocking on our door and someone called the room at 2:00am. Although I was not impressed with the hotel, the staff was great. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. And lastly, normally when I check into a hotel I pay at check-out, not check-in. Maybe they thought we might try to check-out early."

"Absolutely clean room with no issues at all! Absolutely pleased with the staff and the valet service. Enjoyed the warm inviting feeling when you arrive and every time you walk through the doors. Felt safe and comfortable. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the breakfast but we heard from others staying there that it was definitely worth trying. We definitely will be staying there again. See yall soon!"
