"Staff was very accommodating and efficient after we appeared in the early hours of the morning after a long, tiring coach ride! Breakfast was awesome. "

"Very quick check in was able to get the room around 1:00 PM where we had just disembarked from a cruise in south Hampton early that morning. The receptionist a young lady was so very kind and helpful where I could see she was a little overwhelmed with everybody checking out and checking in, yet she seemed to hold up quite remarkably with everything. Restuarant and bar service was excellent with the waiters & waitress, top notch. The food was very, very good, we enjoyed both lunch and dinner while staying at the property. Taxi service was great the next morning as well. I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend staying at this hotel property. Quinn H "

"Hotel was very convenient to the airport. Just a short walk and we were there. Room was very clean and quiet which was nice since we had very early flight. The only thing I would suggest is the lightening in the hall was very dark and as two women traveling alone, I did not like that. "

"Yet another pleasant stay at the Renaissance.Good room,excellent staff and easy parking.Nice restaurant and bar areas but a bit pricey.There are however a number of pleasant eating and drinking places nearby all at competitive prices.Pricing at the Renaissance is always competitive for the accommodation.All in all a very pleasant stay"
