Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. "The staff stood out. They were so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean the beverages were stocked up for our two nights stay. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative aspect was the long line of people waiting to store their bags. gave up and stored them elsewhere at a cost. However the hotel is huge and really busy so this is not a criticism of the hotel. We would definitely recommend staying there. We are going to go back."
