"Lovely room, wonderful hotel and really easy check in process"

"Hotel was very nice, check in was great. Mario was the person who helped us at the front desk, and he greeted us with a big smile. We ate dinner at the Landing Bar, food was good, atmosphere was also good. "

"The staff was great and very helpful. However, I wished someone would have explained to me what an “interior “ room meant. I was not happy when I discovered that the room did not have any windows. As there were no other available rooms to move to, we checked out early and went to another hotel that was able to accommodate us."

"Ramon (FRONT DESK) Staff gave me a lower grade room because he said ALOUD that the entire lobby area could hear that and I quote “because you brought your room on a THIRD PARTY WEBSITE “I can give you a high floor room, only something on 4th floor“- this was unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory behavior. As a Travel Agent and Boyant member and have spent hundreds of dollars on Marriott hotel brands and have never been disappointed with the way he presented himself and the Marriott brand."

"Nice beds and appreciate the staff letting us check in a few hours earlier than 3 PM which was very helpful as we had been up 30+ hours with our flights. Also appreciate the shuttle getting us to and from the airport. The room needs better electrical outlets as the only one we could charge our devices on was the outlet in the bathroom."
