Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. The only observation for future customers is that if travelling by public transport as i was the hotel is not easy to find, having said that i would definately use this hotel again."
