Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay!

The property was fine for the price. However, certain areas could do with a spruce up. Bed was comfortable and clean, the only real downside was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't work on our last morning.

Handy to Ferries

Co joined motels .hand written note in a window to redirect you. Then a phone call with a promise of a few minutes..20 minutes later we were given a key went to the room dirty carpets and old smokey smell with too moch cologne to cover. Got given another room ...new carpet clean and smelled ok .Bed was very comfortable..Bathroom clean and tidy...

Our room was spacious. All furniture required was there. Cooking equipment and crockery/cutlery adequate. The wall heater and fan heater did not work. Some dishes weren't clean. Dirty around oven top. No dishwasher powder. Alot of traffic noise, but that was to be expected for location. Poor wifi signal.

Very confusing check-in as office was unattended. Had to go to neighbouring motel to collect key. It was a warm evening and the fan in the room didn't work (it was too late to let reception know), we accidently spilt water on the carpet so put a bath towel on it to wipe it up..ewwww yuk..white towel was FILTHY from the FILTHY carpet. BUT.. the water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

The oven is a hazard. Does not work properly, no markings on dials and unbeknown to us the grill came on automatically when we turned the power on at the wall and almost created a fire. The pillows are about 1cm thick. I woke up with a sore neck and a headache. Had to go out and buy a pillow to avoid this the next night. Other than that, the place was clean and tidy and the free offstreet parking was great..
