Liked: Cleanliness
The room was clean but was showing it's age,it could do with a bit of updating, faulty fridge,no toilet roll holder,no plug for basin,no hooks to hang clothes when in the bathroom. Staff were very polite and accommodating.
Love the location. Very convenient for visiting the hospital.
Beds were very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom is in need of a new fit out. But we did have everything we needed.

Good Location, parking and facilities. Great clean space for your money. Friendly helpful staff.
We enjoyed our stay. Well equipped room within moderate walking distance of cbd. Perhaps inevitability for central city, there was some noise from neighbours
Motel was quite adequate and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Motels are easy to access and depart from when arriving from outside Wellington and departing Wellington.

Property is showing it's age but was clean and convenient. Parking is limited so you have to check in early if you want a spot.

This place is excellent, we only had the basic studio with private bathroom, it was clean well equipped, iron ironing board, kettle, toaster microwave, spare bed, the large queen bed super comfortable, crisp sheets very good night sleep, great TV and access to all sky, lots of lovely clean towels and very good shower. A very typical dated and tired motel. We stayed for 3 nights (1 adult 4 children) and the room was very small. The staff were friendly but you could tell the business owners weren’t prepared to spend any coin on finishing touches - even basics like more than 2 hangers for clothing or a sharp knife in the kitchen. Bathroom door kept jamming closed. It was ok. Staff were nice.
I wouldn’t stay there
Nothing fancy but very well cared for with very hospitable owners. Parking only just coped unless you go out at night. Easy drive into city and waterfront
Also easy access to Mirimar.
Staff were very pleasant and friendly, everything was clean and tidy, despite it being an older style building. Plenty of buses going into town, but also an easy walk downhill to the CBD. If you're in to watching the endless inaction of cricket the Basin Reserve is literally across the road, but if you want some actual action: keep on walking.
Hello, the room I was in was nicely lad out. Good size TV, microwave, Jug and toaster came in handy. The fridge was a good size as it was only me, but it wasn't working properly and froze all my food and milk so on the second night I had to go out and order food. The bathroom was a good size as it was set out for disabled people, the only issue was the shower head was a bit low for me, 5.9, to enjoy it properly, also so there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so this coursed the mirror to fog up, even with the widow open. Its in a very handy location to get around Wellington. Parking could have been an issue if it was full.
