Staff member was friendly. Facilities were tidy but not clean, also in need of some serious maintenance. Motel did come up when I searched for free parking but was actually $15 per night. It was okay but we won't be back.

Although the check in process was a little strange and I do not agree with having to give my credit card details over the phone, I was very appreciative of the room upgrade, it was very spacious and comfortable, the beds and linens were well-made and spotless. The room smelt freshly cleaned. Although an older building with older furnishings, for what I needed it was perfect. Perhaps a little more care cleaning in the bathroom, specifically the toilet. As I was travelling alone, security and safety was my priority and at first I wasn’t sure of the location but it seemed very secure in the motel rooms. There was an issue around 1am where there were loud voices from men and then what sounded like a vehicle colliding at force with something outside of my room which had me feeling uneasy for sometime after (I was a shaken up and too scared to look out the window to see what was happening, and the remnants of the collision were all over the driveway the next morning) but aside from those few things I had a very comfortable and value for money, stay which was appreciated. The location was fantastic and I would come back again definitely.

Place was okay as we were in transit overnight. supermarket nearby was well stocked and could be walking to. Close to Te Papa. Seemed to be a mix of different buildings and some motels. Tea and coffee facilities in room , simple room but the shower was tops, water good flow and hot,

Great spot right in the middle of Wellington. Does the job for when you arrived at 11pm. Good instructions on how to get the keys and check in remotely. All you need really.

We knew this wasn't going to be a super flash place. It is what it says it is, a safe and convenient place to stay at a reasonable price. The room was not super clean, but the bed sheets were. The car park is very tight, but we still managed to get our Toyota Estima in and out. I was surprised at how quiet it was. Would stay here again, but keep your expectations in check. This is convenient more than fabulous.

Super convenient location. It had everything we needed, the kitchennette had pots, pans, cups & cutlery. The room was a bit dark but the beds were comfortable and staff were accommodating. The window detailing was amazing.

If you only want to sleep

The room was ok for the price. The bed was comfortable and the TV did work. Under my visit they were not good to clean or empty rubbish, just left a new towel in room. Did never see anybody in reception.

I liked the proximity to restaurants/cafes/venues. I liked the quietness and the very comfortable bed. Very convenient & safe parking for an additional payment of $15. The handwash/bodywash/shampoo would be preferable in pump action containers. The present ones were hopeless.

I actually think it was ok for the money- not many other choices at this price in central Wellington over a busy holiday period. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. However, I do think the cleaning could be more vigilant- the shower curtain could be washed more regularly and I went to pick up something I dropped so noticed the accumulation of dust, etc under the bed.

I cannot say it was dirty but it was dusty, things were never moved to clean under an object. But I loved the space in general! The old house! The convenience! The furnishings! The kitchen space! The patio outside the room! Walk to anywhere you needed to go! Spacious parking!
