We only stayed for one night but we found the staff to be very good. They were very communicative, even allowing us to drop our bags and jetting off to an event. They allowed a late checkout which was very nice of them. If you’re visiting Wellington and just need a good base, the Adelaide motel is conveniently located close to the city centre and the rooms are good nice enough to be put all day and just rest up

Very convenient to supermarket and eateries. Close to Otago Uni where I was attending a course. Amenities clean & easy "late check in" process. Staff did dishes when I'd left to go out for the day.

The whole experience was awesome. I couldn't fault the service at all. My unit was on the ground floor, right out front, but there must have been superior sound-proofing as I couldn't hear traffic at all. My unit was beautifully decorated, bed linens clean and fresh and fabulous curtaining. The cleaning service was impeccable and the Adelaide Motel is so handy to everything, with the Woolworths supermarket virtually across the road. I highly recommend it. My stay was for 3 nights and I can't wait to find another excuse to go back there!

The owner was so helpful and caring. I booked 2 units but in the end really only needed 1 as there were just the 3 of us. She offered a partial refund and was kind enough to move her car to assist with parking and also helped with the luggage!
