"The apartment was very nice and clean but the front entrance was a bit scary but did not represent the inside of apartment. The doors were challenging to work the locks. Water never got warmer than Luke warm for bath or shower. I think if this apartment would work out for a family needing extra space since there are two large rooms and a kitchen"

"Vermieterin für uns sehr einfach zu erreichen und war sehr hilfsbereit beim CheckIn der bei diesem Objekt ein bisschen kompliziert ist.Ein Raum ist ein bisschen laut und das Bad speziell aber charmant.Wir mögen eine solche Unterkunft lieber als ein Hotel. Wohnung, Lage und Umgebung bieten eine schöne Art sich gleich mit der Stadt verbunden zu fühlen."

"Die Gegend und das Haus an sich, ist eher schäbig und in die Jahre gekommen. Von außen blickte man direkt auf wirklich überfüllte Müllcontainer und eine abbröckelnde Fassade. Insgesamt war der Vorplatz auch vermüllt und wirkte ungepflegt. Unsere Autos konnten wir in kostenpflichtigen Parkbuchten ziemlich nah am Haus abstellen. Schade, dass es für Feriengäste keine Parkausweise gab. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gab drei verschieden große Schlafzimmer mit je zwei...

"Would not recommend this hotel. Apart from the location, about 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz station where you can get metro/ train/trams all over for sightseeing. (Many other hotels in this area). Reception Staff are rude. Room was clean, but lacking the expected 4star - no iron. No fridge, no shower cap, no solid hand soap, towels were like old rags included a picture was appalled. Safe didn’t work had to report it twice before any maintenance came. Tv remote didn’t work most the time. (Battery problem) Would never return to this hotel. "
