If you are looking for privacy, proximity to the lake and easy access to Wanaka township, then Eely on Point is the home for you. With a modern designed, and great indoor/outdoor living areas, this property is a great choice for a family trip to Wanaka. Located within walking distance to the Eely Point Reserve, the cedar-clad property has been finished beautifully outside and in, with stunning furnishings throughout. In Summer, whether you want to head to the lake for a day of swimming and sunbathing or being close to town for your morning coffee, you will be at the centre of everything. Over Winter, you will be only 30min away from Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields. After a big day up the slopes enjoying the fresh snow, the drying cupboard for your ski gears, the log burner in the lounge, and the spa pool will make your stay like heaven.
The interior has been planned and styled to perfection, offering a comfortable, home feel, throughout. Snuggle up on the couch with a red wine and watch the flames flicker away or enjoy the backyard with the kids, pick your options. The gorgeous kitchen has all you need to cook up a feast, with stone benchtops really finishing off this stylish space, and the island providing a great social cooking environment.
Eely on Point has three bedrooms – one downstairs and two upstairs – each with access to their own tiled bathroom with underfloor heating.

Bright, comfortable, well-equipped and appointed. The table tennis and hot tub were extra bonuses. Kitchen was very functional. Lots of space for people to hang out. Wonderful beds
