Centrally located beautiful cottage. This is perfect for a family getaway set on a quiet street in Wanaka but just a short walk to town centre.

This cottage has everything you need to enjoy a beautiful weekend in Wanaka's picturesque setting or just a relaxing time on the patio firing up the BBQ

Entire home is available with no shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Mt Iron Drive, this is nicely situated between Wanaka town centre and the popular Mt. Iron track. Walking distance to a great local brewery and restaurant as an extra perk.

Getting Around:
This property is situated close enough to Wanaka to walk or bike everywhere but there are also taxi options and several areas in town to park for free.

Other Things to Note:
Due to Wanaka Regulations, there is to be no noise or outdoor music past 10pm.

This is not a property that is suitable for hosting parties.

Additional costs may be incurred for longer than 5 night stays for cleaning and linen which will be messaged via Airbnb message to you when requesting to book or after booking.
