"House was cold. The reverse cycle heating was not working. (They were waiting for a new remote). An oil heater did not keep us warm in a big empty lounge. We were cold and it was unfair for my mother at 89 years young to have to be cold. I would have liked to have been given the choice to cancel the booking and take accommodation with adequate heating.Our host said she was sorry and did we not use the oil heater? I asked her to use the heater to see how cold she felt.I was also not told the...
