"These are small recent cottage, great bed, AC working fine. It is a bit off road but you can go to Cambridge with 12 min. You are aldo close to Hobbyton. Pool closes at 18h00. No staff available past 18h00, no cafeteria or restaurants, and you have to walk to your cottage thru a maze of sidewalk. "

"Only about 25 minutes from Hobbiton, which made it a great place to crash after the evening banquet tour. We arrived rather late and it was quite dark. When we woke up in the morning and saw the view we were blown away. Gorgeous spot with comfy beds. "

The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay and we were delighted with the thoughtfully curated vintage decor that gives the home real personality. Caren, our host was friendly and extremely thoughtful, eager to help out with all our needs and requests. We definitely highly recommend especially if you are considering a visit to the nearby Hobbiton"

"Really unimpressed with this property. In need of a deep clean and renovation. Also disappointed in the staff’s interaction with us upon check-in. We had a miscommunication in reserving their private pool, and despite it still being available, would not allow us to reserve it without paying the fee again (thus double paying). Just not the kind of hospitality we were expecting. "
