"Wonderful staging for our family of 6 for a trip to Hobbiton. Hanging out with and feeding the alpacas made my kids' day. Hostess very responsive. Note that it is one large room with one bathroom with multiple beds but it worked just fine for our family "

"Fantastic hosts made us feel really welcome and gave hints of things to do and places to eat.
They had great attention to detail - the little things that make a difference. Breakfast was excellent too.
Definitely recommend as a place stay. "
