About this property
Watershed - Lake Karapiro
- Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe and boat ramp .You cannot get closer. The accommodation is an entire wing located off a shared entranceway . It has two bedrooms both with ensuites , a lounge area and kitchenette which opens on to deck with a bbq. One room has a King double bed and the other has two king singles. There is a double sofabed and a single bed in the lounge which gives us the ability to sleep five. There is a separate toilet and hand basin etc.
Tea, Coffee etc and linens provided.
