Being so close to Hobbiton made the experience even more special. Waking up in the morning felt like stepping into Hobbiton itself, surrounded by peaceful farmland and stunning scenery. The farm-fresh milk, jam, and butter were outstanding—simple, authentic, and some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully cared for, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in creating a wonderful experience for their guests. This was one of the highlights of our New Zealand trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic countryside experience. It was excellent value for money overall. The motel was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days walking around Fieldays. The spa pool was a real highlight, absolutely amazing and exactly what we needed to unwind. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation in the area."
