This little studio was so very clean and exceptionally quiet. It’s an easy 20 minute walk on a safe path into Matamata, or turn right and go visit the Firth Tower museum, which was a delightful find for $10. The bed was great and firm and comfortable. No the kitchen let the over all place down. Staff exellent, bathrooms clean bedding great. Just not useful kitchen no kettle fridge grubby no tea coffee, but had good stay and would stay again
