Comfort and Tranquility
It was my first visit to Waikawau area where there are two adjacent beautiful bays, Waikawau Bay and Little Bay. The holiday home, Kaka Cottage we stayed at was truly a nice place to enjoy comfort and tranquility as it is situated in the top forest and the host couple is very kind and friendly. They are peace loving people. We really enjoyed staying at the house. I recommend to all.

Gorgeous view in very comfortable home
We loved staying at this beautiful home. Perfectly located in quiet part of Coromandel. Very comfortable. Our hosts Steph and Peter were attentive and helpful. We can't wait to return!

Stunning house in paradise
This is a beautiful part of the Coromandel to stay in and Stephanie's house was so lovely. Very modern and comfortable, really couldn't have wanted for anything more. Perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

Simply Amazing
A fantastic off-grid cottage with incredible views. The cottage is well sized and had ample space and amenities. Steph and Paul are lovely and super helpful as well, an all round great spot to spend a bit of time.

Bach and view to die for!
Have rented many many baches over the years and this is my favourite so far! Gorgeous inside and out. Cozy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. Deck and view are fabulous too. Despite the rubbish weather we had the best time. Had booked the bach for a family holiday for my folks coming over from uk so was delighted it was a winner! Kid loved the maze too. Thanks for having us!

Everything was up to or surpassed our expectations. Fantastic setting and had an amazing experience, with a large pod of dolphins swimming and feeding very close to shore several afternoons in a row at Little Bay.

We had an amazing experience here! The view from the deck was awesome, seeing all the way to Great Barrier. It is a spacious, well equipped house with a great log burner. Top communication with the hosts. We will be back!

Such an amazing setting for a bach. We have returned to to stay at Kaka Cottage multiple times. Although a short drive to the various beaches near by, our family loves this spot for its tranquility and ease. Steph and Paul are great hosts, available when needed but unobtrusive. Thoroughly recommend!

The house is amazing: million dollar views, comfortable spaces, all amenities. Wouldnt recommend as a base ti explore area - takes a long time to get anywhere on these roads si just enjoy the 2 local beaches and walks.
